Data Deletion Instructions
At FBMPS, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete control over your personal information, including data collected through Facebook Login and Meta authentication services.
1. About Our Service
FBMPS provides an online platform that allows users to access our products and services using Facebook Login or other Meta authentication services. When you choose to authenticate using Facebook, we receive only the information that you explicitly authorize Facebook to share with us. We never request permissions that are not required for the operation of our application.
2. Information We Collect Through Facebook Login
Depending on the permissions you grant during authentication, we may collect one or more of the following:
- Full Name, Facebook User ID, Username, Public Profile Information, Profile Picture
- Email Address, Phone Number (only if explicitly authorized)
- Facebook Access Token, Authentication Timestamp, Token Expiration Date
- Account Creation Date, Last Login Date, Device & Browser Information, IP Address, Session Logs
- User Preferences, Notification Settings, Language Preferences, Saved Content, Application Settings
3. How We Use Your Information
We collect and process personal information solely for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Creating and managing your account
- Authenticating your identity
- Personalizing your experience and delivering our services
- Providing customer support and improving platform functionality
- Maintaining application security and preventing fraud and abuse
- Complying with legal obligations and sending account-related notifications
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Information We Do NOT Collect
Our application does not collect or store:
- Facebook Password
- Credit Card Information from Facebook
- Private Facebook Messages
- Friends List (unless explicitly approved)
- Timeline Posts, Photos or Videos without permission
- Personal Facebook activity outside our application
5. How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your information at any time using any of the following methods:
- Method 1 — Delete Your Account: Log in → Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account → Confirm.
- Method 2 — Contact Support: Email support@fbmps.com with subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request" including your full name, registered email, and approximate account creation date.
- Method 3 — Remove Our App from Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Find FBMPS → Remove. Note: this alone does not delete data stored on our servers; also submit a request via Method 1 or 2.
6. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before processing any deletion request. Verification may include email confirmation, identity verification, account ownership confirmation, security questions, or login verification.
7. What Happens After Your Request?
Once your request has been verified, we will begin the deletion process, which includes:
- Deleting your user profile and removing Facebook identifiers
- Revoking Facebook access tokens
- Deleting uploaded files, chat history, and account preferences
- Removing stored sessions, linked devices, and analytics identifiers
- Deleting backups according to our retention schedule
8. Information That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including tax records, financial transactions, fraud prevention logs, security logs, and records related to legal claims or regulatory compliance. Retained information will never be used for advertising or marketing purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
Our application may integrate with Meta Platforms, Stripe, Google, AWS, Cloudflare, and other authorized service providers. These providers maintain their own privacy policies. Deleting your account from our platform does not automatically delete information stored by these providers.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access and correct your personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent and receive a copy of your data
- File a complaint with a supervisory authority

We may update these Data Deletion Instructions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or Meta Platform policies. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
13. Data Deletion Timeline
Most requests are completed within 7 business days.

14. Meta Data Deletion Callback
If Meta sends a Data Deletion Callback request to our application, our endpoint will securely process the request and return a response in the following format:

15. Meta App Review Compliance Checklist
Before submitting your application for Meta App Review, ensure that:
- This page is publicly accessible over HTTPS.
- The page does not require users to log in.
- The URL is configured in the Data Deletion Instructions URL field in the Meta Developer Dashboard.
- Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are publicly available.
- Support email is active and monitored.
- Application only requests permissions necessary for its functionality.
- Data deletion callback endpoint returns a valid JSON response.
- Data deletion process complies with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws.
